It would seem that everyone has an ax to grind with Christo. Amazing that he has stuck with it for so long, and at such great expense. I suspect when it is all done, most people will have to admit that it was at least "interesting" if not real art. I also doubt that all the calamities that are predicted will happen. Certainly some traffic jams, and inconvenience, but we do live in a tourist driven area, so this would seem like something we can deal with.
